Joulepoint provides electric vehicle charging infrastructure and management services, including:

• Access to EV charging stations across our network
• Mobile application for locating and managing charging sessions
• Payment processing for charging services
• Network management platform for charging station operators

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Charging Services

When using our charging services:

• You must use the charging stations in accordance with posted instructions
• You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment
• Charging rates and fees are subject to change
• We reserve the right to refuse service for non-compliance
• Charging sessions may be subject to time limits during peak hours

Payment Terms

All charging fees must be paid through our designated payment methods. You authorize us to charge your registered payment method for all services used. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

Joulepoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to vehicle damage, charging interruptions, or data loss.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our application. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
