Embedded Firmware
Bare-metal and AUTOSAR. Functional safety processes (ISO 26262 ASIL-C). Secure boot, OTA, HSM integration.
Charging Protocols
OCPP 1.6J / 2.0.1, OCPI 2.2.1, ISO 15118-20 Plug-and-Charge with PKI provisioning. OCMF for billing-grade meter values.
Cloud & Platform

Engineers own end-to-end
The engineer who designs the converter debugs it in the field. We don't hand off across walls. If you like seeing your work survive contact with the real world, you'll like it here.
Documented work
Schematics, BOMs, firmware release notes, deployment runbooks. The artefact is the engineering — the slides are optional.
Public engineering writing
We expect senior engineers to write one author-bylined post per quarter. If you can't write it, you don't know it yet.

Engineering screen (45 min)
A call with one of our engineers. Past work, recent project deep-dive, two or three pointed technical questions in your area.
Take-home or live problem (3–5 days)
Power-electronics: a topology trade-off study. Firmware: a small control-loop or driver. Cloud: a system-design exercise. Real problems, no leetcode.
On-site / virtual whole-day (4–5 hrs)
Three to four interviews covering your discipline, cross-functional collaboration, and engineering judgement. Lunch with the team if you visit.
