Aluminium liquid-cooled cold plate with integrated pump headers keeps junction temperatures under control during rapid AC charging.

Configurable communication

CAN 2.0B, LIN bridges, and optional Ethernet diagnostics deliver deep visibility without rewriting your VCU.

Meets AIS-038 Rev2, CISPR 25 Class 3, and ISO 21780 requirements out of the box with redundant isolation monitoring.

Environmental testing covers –40 °C to 85 °C operation, 95% relative humidity, and random vibration per ISO 16750-3. Custom housings and connector pin-outs are available upon request.
