Order Charges
- You are charged only the amount displayed in your order summary at the time of checkout.

Payment Failure
- In the event of a payment failure, please ensure that the information provided (such as account details, billing address, net banking password, etc.) is accurate and that your internet connection is stable during the transaction.
- If your account is debited despite a payment failure, the amount will normally be refunded to your account within 7 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted.
- In the event that you do not receive the electric vehicle charging service as per your order, Joulepoint will process a refund.
Refund Calculation
- Refunds will be provided proportionate to the unit of electricity not availed.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours after availing the service. No refund requests received after this period will be considered.
Refund Process
- The refund amount will be calculated by Joulepoint, and you will be notified via a grant message.
- Refunds will be settled within 7 working days from the date of refund approval.
3. Fraudulent Transactions
- If any order is suspected to involve fraudulent activity or is found to be in violation of the Website's terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel such orders.
- In such cases, the affected customers or accounts may be denied access to our Website and future purchases.
