This overview describes Joulepoint's standard approach to hardware warranty and service. Specific terms are set out in your purchase agreement.
Warranty coverage
Joulepoint hardware is covered against manufacturing defects for the period stated in your order, subject to correct installation and use.
Service & support
Remote diagnostics, firmware updates and field service workflows are available per your service plan to maximize uptime.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification or external factors beyond normal operating conditions.
