If you find any charges in addition to the ______, Please email us at admin@joulepoint.com.In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on admin@joulepoint.com with your order number for any clarification.Cancellation policyWe don’t accept any cancellations made once order is placed. Joulepointshall refund the amount paid by you in case if you do not get the electric vehicle charged as per your order.Joulepoint shall refund in the manner proportionate to the unit of electricity not availed. However,such refund request shall be made within 12 hours from availing services. No refund requests beyond the said time is entertained. Refund amount shall be calculated by the Joulepoint and the grant message shall be communicated to you. The refund shall be settled within 7 working days from the date of approval of refund. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders. These customers/accounts will be denied access from the use of site or purchase of products in the future.
